For all scissors we use Japanese water stones for the inside hollow ground blade.
Shelled scissors are done on a flat honing water & coolant wheel this gives you the perfect scissor blade and does not cause any compromise to the steel quality, all our sharpening is done while the scissors are kept cold with a coolant pumped over the scissors as they are sharpened (This means your edge will hold for longer)
Bevels can be set to exact degrees and again this is all done under coolant & water so no heat is transmitted through the steel protecting your tools from any damage dry sharpening will cause.
For serrated scissors we use a German serration wheel which is a 0.25 micro this gives your scissors the perfect serration for all solid form cutting
All scissors are checked and reset if necessary and washers replaced when required
